Are there any costs involved for me when I sell my gold jewellery to PartyCash4Gold
No. Selling your gold items to us is absolutely free of charge. The postage on our Gold Return Kits is prepaid and the package is insured. Even if you ask us to return your gold, we will not charge you anything. Any costs incurred in returning the payment (for example, postage) will be at your own expense |

Is it safe to send valuable gold items via mail?
Yes. Our Gold Kits are shipped via Royal Mail with pre-paid insurance up to £500. If you wish to insure your items for a higher value, you may do so by choosing a compensation level of up to £1,000 or £2,500 on the Gold Kit before you send it to us. You will have to pay for higher insurance levels yourself at the Post Office |

What is the Gold Kit?
The Gold Kit is comprised of all the shipping materials you will need to send your items back to us. It contains a re-sealable pouch, a tear-free shipping envelope and a form on which you provide us with your payment information. We provide you with all the materials you need and pay the cost of shipping and insurance |

How is payment of my items determined?
Payment is based on the gold content (karat), weight, and the price of gold (melt value). |

I paid £600 for my jewellery. I should get £600 from PartyCash4Gold, yes?
PartyCash4Gold pays for the “melt value” of your jewellery – i.e. the value of the actual amount of precious metals contained in these items. Design value is not a consideration when assessing the value of your gold. |

What testing methods are used to determine the purity of my gold?
When we receive your gold, PartyCash4Gold experienced testers will first look for a stamp on the jewellery made by the manufacturer indicating the karat. Testers then have two testing methods (acid/scratch test, electronic tester) to verify the gold purity of your items. |

I requested a Jewellery Return Pack. When can I expect to receive it?
Your Jewellery Return Pack will go out the same day or the next business day, depending on when the request was put in. Packs are often received in as little as three days but you should allow up to 7 days depending on the Royal Mail service in your area. |

When will I get my payment?
We will submit your payment within 24 hours after the assessment of your items. Please allow 1-3 days for the Royal Mail to deliver payments by cheque to you, or the bank to complete the transfer |

Do you pay for Gem Stones?
We do not pay for gem stones. We recommend that you remove any gemstones prior to sending your Jewellery Return Pack. We do pay wholesale price for all diamonds received and will gladly accept them. |

What kind of gold or jewellery will you accept?
If you believe there is gold in your jewellery, we will accept it. Gold is also found in many household electronics, but we ask that you extract the gold first, without submitting the rest of the items. |

Is the gold pack free?
Absolutely yes! Also shipping and insurance are prepaid up to £500. If you wish to insure your pack for additional value, the Royal Mail Post office can handle all requests. |

What can I do if I am not satisfied with the amount I have been paid?
If you are unhappy with your payment, contact customer service within 12 days of the date on the cheque to request your items be returned. Once we have your cheque, we will return your gold or jewellery.. |

Some of my old gold jewellery has or semi-precious stones, in the settings. Do I try to remove them before sending to you, or do you return them to me?
We do not purchase gems or semi-precious stones, and we recommend that you remove these stones before sending. |

Why shouldn’t I just go to the local pawn shop?
You can but you are going to get about 20% - 30% less cash than we pay you. |
